Shipping policy

Jewelry is prepared upon order and will typically take 2-3 weeks to complete. Upon shipping the order, you will receive a confirmation email along with your tracking #.  

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. 

LOCAL PICKUPS

We are currently offering local pickups at our store location in South Shore Marketplace (1170 Auahi St. Ste #167, Honolulu, HI 96814).  Please note that standard processing times still apply for pickup orders. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. 

SHIPPING POLICY

All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) First-Class Mail®

DAMAGES

If items are damaged during shipping, OR if items break within 30 days of receiving your order, we will cover the cost of shipping back to us so we can make the appropriate repair. 

If your jewelry breaks after the 30 day window, we will repair it for a $15 fee (plus shipping and tax). Please contact us via email (keikojewelry@gmail.com) to coordinate repairs.
