Refund policy

Clothing, accessories, and ready to ship jewelry may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached. ALL SALES ITEMS ARE ALL SALES FINAL.

• $10 return fee (covers pre-paid shipping label and shipping fee)

For sanitary reasons, hair clips / products, including unopened pieces are all sales final.

Made to order jewelry can be exchanged FOR SIZE ONLY, with a 10% restocking fee plus $10 shipping. 

A request for an exchange must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

RESIZES

We offer resizes on rings and bangles for a $15 adjustment fee. We can only make your rings and bangles smaller, not larger. Bezeled rings are not eligible for size adjustments. 

IN STORE POLICIES

Items are eligible for in store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. We accept unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products for in-store exchange only. 

We also accept unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products with a gift receipt for in store exchange only. All clothing items must have the tags still attached.

Items purchased at our pop up events are all sales final.
