Kristi Hayashida is the owner, designer, and maker of Keiko Jewelry. Her love for making jewelry developed as a young girl, and it quickly became one of her favorite hobbies.

Later in life, she learned how to dive for shells along the shores of Oahu, Hawaii. By bringing these two passions together, she was able to create unique, ocean-inspired pieces using shells and sea glass, which is how Keiko Jewelry eventually came to fruition. As time went on, the brand evolved to what it is today, with the mission of creating simple and effortless pieces for everyday wear.

In 2022, Kristi opened her first and mortar location in South Shore Marketplace, Shop Keiko. This store includes best-selling jewelry designs, unique pieces for the shop, and a custom and permanent jewelry bar! Shop Keiko is also home to many local products in Hawai'i, including, but not limited to, swimwear, activewear, bags, and pareos!
