Shipping & Returns
LOCAL PICKUPS
We are currently offering local pickups at our store location in South Shore Marketplace (1170 Auahi St. Ste 167, Honolulu, HI 96814). Please note that standard processing times still apply for pickup orders. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
SHIPPING POLICY
DAMAGES
If items are damaged during shipping, OR if items break within 30 days of receiving your order, we will cover the cost of shipping back to us so we can make the appropriate repair.
If your jewelry breaks after the 30 day window, we will repair it for a $15 fee (plus shipping and tax). Please contact us via email (keikojewelry@gmail.com) to coordinate repairs.
PACKAGING
Unless otherwise indicated, jewelry will be packaged into a single box and / or pouch, as we see fit. Please request separate packaging in the notes section at checkout. Requests made after order has already shipped will incur an additional $10 shipping and packaging fee.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Clothing, accessories, and ready to ship jewelry may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached. SALES ITEMS, INCLUDING JEWELRY, ARE ALL SALES FINAL.
- $10 return fee (covers pre-paid shipping label and shipping fee)
For sanitary reasons, hair clips / products, including unopened pieces are all sales final.

Made to order jewelry can be exchanged FOR SIZE ONLY, with a 10% restocking fee plus $10 shipping.
A request for an exchange must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
RESIZES
We offer resizes on rings and bangles for a $15 adjustment fee. We can only make your rings and bangles smaller, not larger. Bezeled rings are not eligible for size adjustments.
IN STORE POLICIES
Items are eligible for in store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. We accept unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products for in-store exchange only.
We also accept unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products with a gift receipt for in store exchange only. All clothing items must have the tags still attached.

POP UP MARKET POLICIES
Items purchased at our pop up events are all sales final.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY POLICY
Ready to ship items purchased between the date November 1st - December 24th 2025 will be eligible for in-store exchange or credit until January 12th 2026, with an original receipt or gift receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All items must still have the tags still attached and or be in its original packaging. SALES ITEMS, INCLUDING JEWELRY, ARE ALL SALES FINAL.
