Shipping & Returns
Jewelry is prepared upon order and will typically take 10-15 business days to complete.
Upon shipping the order, you will receive a confirmation email along with your tracking #.
We are currently partnered with Olena Cafe (1631 Kapiolani Blvd Suite #2, Honolulu, HI 96814) for local pickups on Oahu. Orders are dropped off weekly (every Wednesday) and are available to pickup at your earliest convenience. Please note that standard processing times still apply for pickup orders. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) First-Class Mail®
If items are damaged during shipping, OR if items break within 30 days of receiving your order, we will cover the cost of shipping back to us so we can make the appropriate repair.
If your jewelry breaks after the 30 day window, we will repair it for a $10 fee (plus shipping and tax). Please contact us via email (email@example.com) to coordinate repairs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items may be exchanged for size only within 14 days of receiving your order (Custom pieces are not eligible for exchange). If you wish to make an exchange, please contact me via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). We are not accepting returns at this time.
