ONLINE POLICIES 
PROCESSING TIME
Jewelry is prepared upon order and will typically take 10-15 business days (2-3 weeks) to complete. Upon shipping the order, you will receive a confirmation email along with your tracking #.  

LOCAL PICKUPS

We are currently offering local pickups at our store location in South Shore Marketplace (1170 Auahi St. Ste 167, Honolulu, HI 96814).  Please note that standard processing times still apply for pickup orders. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. 

SHIPPING POLICY

All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) First-Class Mail®

DAMAGES

If items are damaged during shipping, OR if items break within 30 days of receiving your order, we will cover the cost of shipping back to us so we can make the appropriate repair. 

If your jewelry breaks after the 30 day window, we will repair it for a $15 fee (plus shipping and tax). Please contact us via email (keikojewelry@gmail.com) to coordinate repairs. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All jewelry online is made-to-order and is not eligible for exchange or return.

Clothing and other accessories may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached. Sales clothing and accessories is all sales final.

  • $8 return fee (covers pre-paid shipping label and shipping fee)

IN STORE POLICIES

Items are eligible for in store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. We accept unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products for in-store exchange only. 

We also accept unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products with a gift receipt for in store exchange only. All clothing items must have the tags still attached.
