All of our chains are currently offered in 14k gold-fill and 14k or 18k solid gold (see current style options/ prices below). Our solid gold chains are currently only available for permanent jewelry.
Appointments are currently available daily from 11 am - 3 pm, in 30 minute time slots. Appointments must be booked 24 hours in advance. Walk ins are also welcome on weekends only; however, appointments will always take priority. *Please note that each time slot is reserved for one piece of jewelry - if you wish to purchase multiple pieces or have multiple people in your party, please reserve additional time slots.
If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, walk-ins will be accepted and you will need to wait until the next available time slot.
Payment is not required to book your appointment, and will be processed in-store at checkout. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
As with all jewelry, chains are subject to natural wear and tear. If your piece breaks within 30 days of purchase, we will be more than happy to repair it at no-cost (must have receipt or proof or purchase to be eligible for repair).
If jewelry breaks outside of this 30 day window, or is intentionally cut for any reason, we offer a $15 repair fee.
Jewelry must be in its original form & chain must be intact to accommodate a repair. We are only able to repair and existing chain using a jump ring, but will not replace the whole chain. If we determine that the chain has not been well taken care of, we will ask you to purchase a new chain. We are also not responsible for lost jewelry.
Jewelry can be shortened for a $15 fee, but cannot be lengthened.
If you have permanent bracelet and end up deciding you would like to add a clasp to your bracelet, please book an appointment with us in the same way you would book a regular jewelry appointment, or walk in during our available hours. We will be able to add a clasp for you for a $15 fee.
